Hi, I'm Sara!

Whilst gaining my Bachelor in Visual Communication, I discovered my passion for watercolour.

I was inspired to start painting food whilst living in Melbourne, where the culinary scene is ever evolving and always has something new to offer. Wanting to document and memorialise my meals in a way that was fresh & appealing, I started illustrating my dining experiences.

From these illustrations has grown a strong love for illustrating food.

I have recently discovered my love of surface pattern design. I work both digitally and traditionally to create cute and colourful designs that I sell in my Spoonflower store.

Now working with brands, restaurants and individuals, I paint daily whilst traveling Australia and the world.
